Love that you can order a drink and then be told after being paid for and waiting that they “don’t know how to make it”. So either the company can’t train them to make items on their own menu or they plainly didn’t want to make it. A simple cold coffee. Wont be coming back. Won’t be suggesting this place to friends and honestly I don’t see this place staying open if this is the attitude.

Every time we come to North Carolina this a must have. Amazing selection, awesome staff and a nice cozy atmosphere. These donuts travel back to Chicago although they never make it the whole way.

Only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is because, I didn’t get that over the top service which is fine. That being said the place has great vibes and the cool ducks you can purchase for rarely cheap. The donuts were great and the staff were respectful. Overall it’s great donuts and quick service.

I will be honest. I didn't spend too much looking around because it was such a small space. The ducks they sell are cute. The display was nice. The menus were so conflicting with one another it was confusion on their organization. And the price was a little high. I got 4 for 12.00. And they weren't enlarged or anything like that and all of them tasted all the same except the toppings. I ordered a bacon one and it's supposed to be divine but the bacon was cold and hard. They put a little too much on my jelly donut. But the timing of when I arrived and when I received my donuts and left was like 15 minutes max. It was very quick. I would recommend this place to others but I might make it rare visitations. Good customer service too. It was just one woman. I didn't look if she wore gloves or not. I should've looked. All in all. 4 stars. Very good. Lastly, it was kind if hard to find. I pulled up right where the sign was and I pulled into first a restaurant then Starbucks then it was in the strip mall behind those two.
